CTintegrators training is provided in your office using both Real-time and PowerPoint presentation techniques to ensure the most beneficial learning for your staff. Training courses are $200 - $400 per course, with up to 10 students per class.

Typically classes are 1-2 hours. Wave IP classes offered are:
Basic User, Advanced User, Contact Center Agent and Contact Center Supervisor,
 Basic Administration, Global Administration.
   

Basic User   Advance User   Contact Center Agent
This course provides an overview of the Wave IP system and reviews phone feature, ViewPoint Desktop management, Visual Voice Mail, Call Handling, Presence Management, Contact Management and IMpulse IM client.

Prerequisite: None

  With this course users receive additional training on Advanced Call routing, Conferencing, Call Rules, Call Recording, Softphone, & WaveMail Integration.

  The Wave Contact Center course, provides an overview of the Contact Center capabilities, call routing, sign-in/sign-out, advanced transfer skills, Queue Monitoring and overview of reporting.

Contact Center Supervisor   Basic Administration   Global/System Administration
The Supervisor course goes in depth on Call Center Routing, Queue Management, Reporting, Skills Based Routing, Call Recording, and Real-time Monitoring.

  Basic Admin course reviews details of User Administration, Auto Attendants, Folder sharing, WaveMail, IMpulse, Hunt Groups, System Backup, and System Restarts.


Prerequisite: Advance User

  System Admin course assumes intimate knowledge of Wave operation & understanding of Telephony. Designed for high level administration, and troubleshooting, including Trunk configurations for T1 and SIP services.
